OPENLATENATION ships only in Switzerland for the moment. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the items purchased. If you wish to be delivered outside of Switzerland please fill in the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.*

All candles have flat rate shipping fees:

- within Switzerland : Standard: 10CHF

 *IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any other expenses as it depends on your location. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to international orders. 

Returns & Exchanges

You can return unopened and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase, however shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us if you wish to return a product at info@openlatenation.com
